Keep it helpful, honest and private.
- Protect your privacy. Never post account numbers, Social Security numbers, VINs, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses. Posts that look like they contain these are held automatically.
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats or personal attacks.
- No spam or selling. No ads, referral links or solicitations. Posts with links are reviewed before they appear.
- Be honest. Share real experiences. Don't impersonate anyone, including Champion Auto Finance staff.
- It's not professional advice. Posts are other people's opinions and experiences, not legal, tax or financial advice. Your contract and your state's rules decide what applies to you.
How moderation works
You confirm your email once before your first post; your email is never shown. Posts go live right away unless they contain links, contact details, long numbers or flagged language, in which case a moderator reviews them first. Anyone can report a post; posts reported by several readers are hidden until reviewed. We may remove posts or block accounts that break these rules. You must be 18 or older to post, and posting means you agree to our terms of use.
