Here's your lease end checklist in about a minute.
One. A few months before the end, get your payoff quote in writing, fees included.
Two. Find out what your car is really worth, ideally with a real offer.
Three. Compare. Equity points toward buying. Negative equity points toward returning, unless you're keeping the car for years.
Four. If you're buying, line up financing, then request a fresh payoff quote.
Five. After the purchase, update your insurance and follow the title.
That's it. Decide with numbers, not pressure.
